As a not-for-profit organization, we are committed to advancing the collective interests of universities and their alumni across the globe. Registered in accordance with the Companies Act No. 1 of 2012 of the Republic of Uganda, our head office is strategically located at Ntinda Complex, Ntinda, Kampala, Central Uganda.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between the academic world and various sectors including private, public, and non-governmental organizations. We aim to achieve this by leveraging the collective expertise of university communities and their alumni to drive knowledge sharing, collaboration, and impactful contributions to national, regional, and international development.

At Inter University Intellectual Network Co Limited, we provide a global resource that integrates university communities with various sectors through student and alumni engagement and collaborative initiatives. We also organize periodic awards to recognize outstanding contributions from our members and facilitate institutional collaboration on a national, regional, and international scale.

Our members are integral to our mission, with liability limited to contributions in the event of winding up. Each member undertakes to support the company's assets for the settlement of debts and liabilities, ensuring the smooth continuation of our mission and activities.
